Effective Date January 1st, 2026. TaskControl recognizes the importance of privacy and confidentiality. This Privacy Policy applies to services provided through www.taskcontrol.net and explains how information may be collected, used and disclosed.
A. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
Your privacy is important to us and we have taken steps to ensure that we do not collect more information than is necessary to provide our services and protect your account.
Information including name, surname, address, phone number, email address, language and user preferences (“Registration Information”) may be collected at registration.
In connection with transactions and payments, bank account numbers, billing information, credit or debit card numbers and expiration dates (“Account Information”) may be collected to facilitate payment.
We record and retain details of Users’ activities and service requirements (“Activities Information”).
We record browsing activities including IP addresses, browsing patterns, browser software, operating system, software and hardware attributes, pages viewed, sessions and unique visitors (“Browsing Information”).

F. MINORS
The Site and its contents are not targeted to persons under 18. If a minor provided personal information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact the Legal Department to request removal.

We employ commercially reasonable security methods to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and support correct use of information.
Registered Users can view and edit Registration and Account Information through password-protected accounts. Users should not disclose passwords, should not save credentials on shared computers, and should sign out when finished.
No Internet transmission or network can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Information is transmitted at the User’s risk. Suspected compromises should be reported to Technical Support.
H. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Changes will be communicated by posting an amended and restated Privacy Policy on the Site. The new version becomes effective once posted and governs information held by TaskControl.
